Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Orders ship in up to two parcels

Clothing is printed to order and dispatched by our print partner. Glass and hardware are packed by hand and dispatched from Miami, Florida. An order containing both may arrive as two separate parcels. A single shipping charge covers the whole order and is shown in the cart before payment; no shipping cost is ever added after checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Clothing: 2–5 business days to produce, followed by 3–5 business days in transit.

Glass and hardware: dispatched within 1–2 business days, followed by 3–5 business days in transit.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and public holidays are outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed when each parcel is dispatched. Where an order ships in two parcels, you will receive two tracking emails, which may arrive on different days.

Packaging of glass

Glass pieces are individually wrapped, suspended and double-boxed by hand. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and see our Return and refund policy for the damage claim process.

Delivery addresses

Parcels are sent to the address entered at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, so please check your address carefully before paying. We are not responsible for orders delivered correctly to an address entered incorrectly.

Age restriction

Orders are restricted to customers aged 21 or over.
