Refund policy

The Hood Distro sells two different kinds of goods and they are returnable on different terms. Please read the section that applies to your order.

Clothing

You may return unworn, unwashed clothing in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All clothing is printed to order, so please check the size guide before ordering. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we shipped the wrong item.

Glass

Every glass piece is a single, one-of-a-kind item, photographed from multiple angles and described before purchase. Glass is therefore sold as final sale and is not returnable for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights where an item arrives damaged. If a glass piece arrives broken, chipped or otherwise damaged in transit, we will refund it in full or credit the value. Because each piece is unique, a replacement is not possible.

Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographs of the outer carton, the packing material and the piece as received. Please retain all packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require it for inspection.

Hardware

Sealed, unopened hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a manufacturer's seal is broken the item is not returnable. Faulty units are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and we will assist in opening that claim.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened or used hardware; used, worn or washed clothing; items damaged after delivery; glass returned for change of mind; and any item more than 30 days after delivery.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond with return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving those instructions, as unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item, or of a damage claim being approved. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.

Age restriction

All orders are restricted to customers aged 21 or over. Orders found to be placed by anyone under 21 will be cancelled and refunded in full.
